The Silvaner from the wonderful Kapellenberg overlooks a particularly narrow section of the Main valley. The Frickenhäuster shell limestone terroir, more than 200 million years old, is "Made by Main" and stretches east of the town with a slope of up to 60% directly along the Main. This is where wines with a slightly creamy glaze are created, which are sometimes more intense, sometimes light-footed. Pure strength, full-bodied flavor, fine acidity and the distinctive texture characterize the wines from this unique location.
